I have an English All Purpose saddle I'd like to sell for $125.00, comes with girth, pad and breakaway safety stirrups. I'm not sure what size it its but it fits me and I am a ladies size 10 pant. I find the saddle comfortable. I'd say a teen or adult could use it of medium frame/built.
